If you are looking for something to do this wonderful Sunday, if you not figured out where to watch the Olympics Gold Medal Hockey Game CANADA VS. USA this afternoon... why not check out the Caboto Centre they are having a Carnevale. With many things planned such as a silent auction, Moments Wedding & Event Planning has donated an awesome kids basket for the raffle!

They have both Indoor and Outdoor Activities from Tobogganing, Ice Skating, Bocce Competition, Inflatable Bouncer, Face Painting (how about a nice Canadian Maple Leaf) or outside making Snow Candy! They will be having the Men's Olympic Gold Medal Hockey Game on the big screen and serving the great Italian Food!

Watching the 2010 Olympics has been an amazing experience and Canada has done amazing in the medal hardware department 13 GOLDS!!! 14 will be coming this afternoon... When watching the Gold Hockey Game this afternoon repeat the following.

The Canadian's Lord's Prayer: Our Game, who art in GM Place, HOCKEY be thy name, thy will be done. GOLD to be WON on ice as well as in the stands, give us this day, our hockey sticks and forgive us our penalties, as we forgive those who crosscheck against us. LEAD US not into elimination but deliver us TO VICTORY, in the name ...... of the fans, CANADA and the Holy Puck. AMEN!! █ ♥ █ GO CANADA GO █ ♥ █

INSPIRATION
This month, our inspiration board features the colour of passion - RED.

TREAT YOURSELF

For a sweet and sexy Valentine's Day treat, prepare some delicious Chocolate Dipped Strawberries.

Ingredients

12 large ripe strawberries, washed

8 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

1. Place the chocolate chips in a bowl set over a small pot of simmering water.  Melt. 

2. Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate leaving a small amount of strawberry exposed at the top for the bright colour.  Lay the strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in fridge to allow the chocolate to harden. 

3. Enjoy!
